Day 2: Coffee and Air Pollution.

I remembered so vividly as a kid, my dad always took me out for coffee and newspapers—never mind that I was three and couldn’t read a word. I’d sit there, like a tiny explorer, soaking in the bustling streets and sleepy corners, wondering why he brought me along. Life just passed by like that until a motorbike blasted by, leaving me with a mouthful of exhaust. Classic.

As I grew up, I realised that, in Vietnam, coffee isn’t just a drink, it is a way of life. Mornings filled with the hum of motorbikes, the clink of glasses, and slow drips of rich, dark brew. Afternoons on tiny stools, watching the world rush by while time stood still in your cup. No Wi-Fi needed, just stories, laughter, and flavors that lingered long after the last sip.

Now, we’re bringing that magic to you. The tiny stools. The big vibes. And the coffee? We took it up a notch. Salted Coffee. Sweet, salty, just like a taste of home no matter how far you roam. Take one sip, and suddenly—you’re there.
